  • 2 lb Potatoes Yukon Gold or Russet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20 minutes.
  • Add sliced smoked sausage to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
