Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage Your favorite kind
- 2 lb Potatoes Yukon Gold or Russet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Add sliced smoked sausage to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
