Oven Quesadillas
Crispy oven-baked quesadillas, a simple and delicious weeknight meal. Perfect for using up leftover ingredients!

Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly brush a baking sheet with olive oil.
Spread half of the cheese on one half of each tortilla. Add cooked chicken (if using). Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling.
Place the quesadillas on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
These quesadillas are great for meal prepping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
