Oven-Fried Potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.

  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
