Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake recipe, perfect for any occasion. This recipe uses crushed Oreos in the crust and throughout the filling for maximum Oreo flavor.

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 20 oz Oreo cookies
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 32 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos into fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with melted butter.
  • Press crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Fold in heavy cream and crushed Oreos.
  • Pour batter into prepared crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
  • Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream. Garnish with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
