Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos into fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with melted butter.
Press crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in heavy cream and crushed Oreos.
Pour batter into prepared crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream. Garnish with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
