One-Pot Beef Pasta

A quick and easy one-pot beef pasta recipe, perfect for a weeknight meal. Tender beef, perfectly cooked pasta, and a creamy sauce all in one pot!

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Pasta (any short shape)
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through and the liquid is absorbed.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a combination of beef broth and red wine.
