Oatmeal Scotchie Bars
Deliciously chewy oatmeal bars with butterscotch chips and a hint of vanilla.

can substitute with chocolate chips

brown sugar

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and then add flour and oats. Mix until well combined.
Fold in butterscotch chips.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
