No-Peek Chicken Recipe

This No-Peek Chicken recipe is incredibly easy and delicious. It's perfect for a weeknight meal when you want something comforting and flavorful with minimal effort.

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the chicken thighs in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Do not peek during baking!
  • Bake for 60 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven, uncovered, for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
