Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
