Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugars and oil. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour. Gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
Stir in the cinnamon and nuts.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
