M&M Cookies Recipe

These homemade M&M Cookies are deliciously soft and chewy, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 cup M&M's preferably mini

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well mixed.
  • Beat in the vanilla extract and egg until the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
  • Fold in the M&M's.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using different color M&M's to fit seasonal themes!
