These mini raspberry almond tarts are the perfect bite-sized dessert. Sweet raspberries and crunchy almonds combine in a buttery, flaky crust.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine flours and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in powdered sugar. Press into mini tart pans.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely. Fill with raspberry jam and top with sliced almonds.

Store tarts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
