Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup corn frozen or canned
- 1 cup black beans canned, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup salsa your favorite kind
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, corn, black beans, and salsa.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
