  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 0.5 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
