Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk in the eggs one at a time until well combined.
Stir in the pecans.
Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark corn syrup. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg or allspice to the filling.
