Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Stir in cheeses, salt, and pepper until melted and smooth. Add cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
Pour macaroni and cheese into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
