Macadamia Nut Fudge

Delicious and rich macadamia nut fudge, perfect for a sweet treat or special occasion dessert.

  • 2.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 oz macadamia nuts roughly chopped

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in macadamia nuts.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and spread evenly.
  • Cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature.
