  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest fresh
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, lemon zest, and baking powder.
  • Add in eggs and melted butter, mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into two logs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let it cool before cutting.

Store biscotti in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
