  • 2 cups All-purpose flour Can substitute with bread flour for a chewier texture.
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Warm water

  • Combine flour, honey, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Shape the dough into small flatbreads.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

These lembas bread are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
