This tangy and sweet Key Lime Pie recipe is perfect for a refreshing dessert.

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs Crushed finely
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 0.5 cup key lime juice freshly squeezed if possible
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Mix the condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest together. Pour into the cooled crust.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed key lime juice.
