Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool.
Mix the condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest together. Pour into the cooled crust.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed key lime juice.
