Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool on a wire rack.
In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in key lime juice.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use freshly squeezed key lime juice.
