  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
