Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in melted butter until well combined.
Press half of the oat mixture into the prepared pan.
Spread jam evenly over the oat layer.
Top with remaining oat mixture and press down firmly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
