Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Spread blueberries in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Pour batter evenly over blueberries.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and set to cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Allow natural release for 10 minutes before opening the lid. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
