Homemade Rocky Road Fudge

This easy homemade Rocky Road Fudge recipe is rich, decadent, and loaded with marshmallows and nuts. It's the perfect no-bake treat for holidays or any occasion!

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat.

  • Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.

  • Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.

  • Fold in the marshmallows and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
