Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in rolled oats.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely on baking sheets.
