Homemade Fudge Rounds

These rich and decadent fudge rounds are easy to make and perfect for any occasion. They're creamy, chocolatey, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious!

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add butter and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftover fudge rounds in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
