Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine popped popcorn and peanuts.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract. The mixture will bubble up.
Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and peanuts, stirring to coat evenly.
Spread the coated popcorn evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
