Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cheese. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some chopped onions or peppers to the mixture. You can also top the casserole with extra cheese before baking.
