ham and cheese roll-ups

Quick and easy ham and cheese roll-ups, perfect for a snack or appetizer!

  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation Steps

  • Lay out the ham slices.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture onto each slice of ham.
  • Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the mayonnaise mixture on each ham slice.
  • Carefully roll up each ham and cheese slice.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

These roll-ups are delicious served cold. For an extra touch, you can add a sprinkle of paprika before rolling.
