Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Add Guinness, oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
Notes
These brownies are best served slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
