Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness.
  • Place the rolled dough directly on the grill grates and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  • Flip the dough and quickly add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
  • Grill with the lid closed for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
