Grill BBQ Chicken

  • 4 lbs Chicken pieces (thighs, breasts, or legs)
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken pieces.

  • Place the chicken on the preheated grill. Grill for about 15 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • During the last 5-10 minutes of grilling, brush the chicken generously with BBQ sauce.
