Instructions
Preparation Steps
Mix chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of boiling water. Let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and dissolved gelatin. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour filling into the prepared crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
Notes
For a more intense mint flavor, add extra creme de menthe.
