Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the hot toffee mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the toffee is bubbly.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let sit for a few minutes until the chocolate softens.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly. Let cool completely, then break into pieces.
