Graham Cracker Toffee Bark

This easy Graham Cracker Toffee Bark is the perfect sweet and salty treat! It’s simple to make with graham crackers, a buttery toffee, and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.

  • 1 box Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Pour the hot toffee mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the toffee is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let sit for a few minutes until the chocolate softens.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly. Let cool completely, then break into pieces.
