Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions, and drain well.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.
Stir in cooked gnocchi, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
