Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and minced garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly browned.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to oven for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let cool slightly and serve immediately.
