In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or onion powder before baking. You can also use different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Colby.
