Funeral Potatoes Recipe

A creamy and cheesy Funeral Potatoes recipe, perfect for potlucks and gatherings. This classic side dish is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

  • 2 lbs Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or onion powder before baking. You can also use different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Colby.
