  • 1.5 cups Biscoff cookies crushed into crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups whipping cream chilled
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread

Preparation Steps

  • Combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the Biscoff spread into the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

This pie is best served frozen. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
