Preparation Steps
Combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the Biscoff spread into the whipped cream until well combined.
Pour the cream mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
This pie is best served frozen. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
