Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely before spreading frosting on top.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
