  • 2 lbs Salmon fillet Skin on or off, your preference
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Ginger Ground or grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour sauce over them.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
