These no-bake White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Clusters are a quick and easy treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. They're a delicious combination of white chocolate, peanut butter, crispy rice cereal, peanuts, and marshmallows.
16ozVanilla Candiquik, chopped (or white chocolate chips)
0.5cupCreamy peanut butter(do not use natural)
1cupRice Krispies cereal
1cupPeanuts
1cupMiniature marshmallows

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine Candiquik and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. If needed, heat in 15-second intervals until smooth, being careful not to overheat.
Add cereal, peanuts, and marshmallows to the melted white chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Stir to coat.
Drop mounds onto prepared baking sheets using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop or a spoon. Let them firm up for about 2 hours at room temperature, or expedite by refrigerating or freezing.
