Easy Vegetable Beef Skillet Dinner

A quick and hearty one-pan meal combining ground beef with fresh garden vegetables, seasoned with oregano and cooked to perfection.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed and cut
  • 1 whole zucchini chopped
  • 2 whole tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups white button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 whole yellow onion chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Cook ground beef and chopped yellow onion in a skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add green beans, chopped zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, dried oregano, salt, and pepper; stir well and continue cooking for about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Remove skillet from heat and serve hot.
