  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated Fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • 1.5 pounds Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 carrots sliced into coins
  • 3 cups cooked spinach
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Whisk together chili paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and grated garlic in a bowl.
  • Add the sliced pork to the marinade and let it rest for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat.
