In the microwave, melt chocolate wafers with Andes mint candy for 1 minute. Stir and continue melting in 30-second intervals until smooth (about 2 minutes total).
In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal with the melted chocolate. Fold with a large wooden spoon until all cereal is evenly coated.
Place powdered sugar in a large gallon-sized ziplock bag. Spoon the chocolate-coated cereal into the bag, seal, and shake until the cereal is fully coated with powdered sugar.
Pour the coated cereal onto a large piece of wax paper and allow it to set for about 20 minutes. Add the mint M&M candies, mix well, and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
