Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
Press the mixture into tart pans to form a crust.
Bake the crusts for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar.
Pour the lemon mixture into the partially baked crusts.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the filling is set.
Let cool before serving.
