This delectable Easter Egg Cheesecake makes for an indulgent dessert during the holiday season.

  • 2.5 cups graham cracker crumbs About 20 whole crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup sugar divided
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 large eggs separated

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and half of the sugar with melted butter. Press into pan to make the crust.
  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.

Notes

This cheesecake can be decorated with chocolate easter eggs for a festive touch.
