Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and half of the sugar with melted butter. Press into pan to make the crust.
Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.
Notes
