Dragon Fruit Smoothie

A vibrant and refreshing dragon fruit smoothie that's perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

  • 1 cup Dragon Fruit frozen, cubed
  • 0.5 cup Banana frozen
  • 0.5 cup Milk or almond milk
  • 0.25 cup Yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Combine the frozen dragon fruit, frozen banana, milk, yogurt, and honey in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with fresh fruit or mint if desired.
