Preparation Steps
Hard-boil the eggs.
Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
