  • 1 tablespoon Paprika For garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Hard-boil the eggs.
  • Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.

Notes

These deviled eggs are best served chilled.
