Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together sugars, oil, eggs, and mashed bananas.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold into the batter.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store leftover banana bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
