Cranberry Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Delicious cranberry-stuffed crescent rolls, perfect for holidays or a special treat. Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 ounces
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine cranberries, brown sugar, and orange zest.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of cranberry mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end.
  • Place rolls onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
